48,000 Rainbows need fin clipped & the work bees start this Sunday January 20th

This was sent out by E-mail to some of the Volunteers, We will be fin clipping rainbows at the Trout Hatchery this coming Sunday from 8:30 to noon. Anyone who wishes to help would be welcome. Let me know & I'll pass your info on to Al.W. If anyone wishes to help fin clip but at another time please let me know and we can probably work that out. Pass the word to your friends & see if their interested. I would like to get 48,000 fish clipped before January 28th if possible. Thanx & Tight Lines Richard

Teeswater Sacred Heart Jan 13

Most of the School Hatcheries are back up & running after the Christmas Break & things are looking great, the other 3 schools should have their Salmon back this week.

LHFC Sorting & Counting Rainbows & 70,000 Browns are Hatched

The Volunteers are going to be very busy over the next 3 to 4 weeks, we have 60,000 to 70,000 Rainbows that need to be counted & sorted & after that's all done they all need to be Fin Clipped hopefully by February as Al's going on Holiday's. Our 70,000 Browns are hatched & doing very well too.
